So last weekend we had 'The Cool Breeze' playlist playing as our 'pre turn-up' before heading out for another night in Bermuda (just imagine that paradise at night; why wouldn't you select a playlist called The Cool Breeze to listen to?). In between the songs were these mini blurbs(i.e. 'guided commentary) from Francheska Medina (IG: @heyfranhey) and whenever the blurbs would come on, the room grew silent(like we all just tuned in). Afterwards, someone asked who/what was playing and I promised I would share it with her. When I finally remembered, I figured why not share with everyone. So here it is:
Francheska Medina, also known as Hey Fran Hey, is what she likes to call a 'curated calm for a life on the go' and I couldn't agree more. To me, she is that go to representative that you can have peace in this world of urgency.
Francheska has curated the perfect fall playlist to relax to(well, in my case, turn-up to). The Spotify list features artist and song-writers including: Washed Out, Drake, PARTYNEXTDOOR, SPZRKT(Xavier Omar), Anderson Paak, Ro James, Sade, Mya, Gourdon Banks, Majid Jordan, and many more. Make sure to check out "The Cool Breeze" playlist on Spotify. It will not dissapoint.
Transcript : "Now that I have you feeling all chill, hopefully with a smile on your face and good thoughts on your mind, remember that you can always come back to this feeling. NO MATTER WHAT is happening in the World around you. You don't need me. You don't need anything, but YOU. So close your eyes and say: 'the universe is safe. It knows what I need, even before I do. Even what may seem like chaos is in DIVINE ORDER because it's all set up for me to win and I will always be all right'. So enjoy the breeze. Enjoy the night. Good Vibes. Good Life "
BTW, Bermuda was amazing!
The Water was Glorious!!!!
So I gave Cliff Diving(aka 'jumping di rocks') a try. Pardon the image, it was super dark by the time we got out there. Yes it was scary. Why you ask? Well for starters, I jumped in the ocean it was at night. Then, we had to swim through a pitch dark cave to get back on land. Super Risky. Super Fun. heheheheh
